The Historic Lincoln Heights PBID manages and maintains the boundaries of Los Angeles' oldest neighborhood outside of Downtown Los Angeles. Through assessment funding, we deliver maintenance, promotion, and community programs that benefit property owners, businesses, and residents alike.
Property Business Improvement District
A PBID is a special assessment district where property owners collectively fund improvements and services beyond what the city provides. Assessments are used for maintenance, beautification, promotion, and staffing — all overseen by an elected Board of Directors.
